1st Constructed in 1885, this Freemans Bay icon took some effort to bring into the new century. Now boasting more than double the original floor area, the heritage fabric has been replicated externally and re-used internally alongside tasteful modern materials. Again, the project team pulled of a small miracle in the time taken and cost of the project.
